Jennifer Green serves as a naturopath for First Health Associates and came on board in September 2010. Naturopaths are trained as integrative doctors who focus on the use of natural therapies and modern science to treat acute and chronic illnesses. Naturopathy is centered on holistic, proactive prevention and comprehensive treatment by using the least invasive force necessary. Dr. Jennifer specializes in botanical medicine, nutritional therapy, lifestyle counseling, homeopathy and hydrotherapy.
In 2004, she graduated Cum Laude from Loyola University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and then worked as a microbiologist for Baxter Pharmaceuticals. In 2010, she received her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Health Sciences—graduating Magna Cum Laude and Salutatorian of her class.
Dr. Jennifer is a board member and treasurer of the Illinois Association of Naturopathic Physicians and a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
