Week 5 Updates

This week is under review!  What the heck happened?  After week 3 we quoted Tom as saying “I hate holiday weeks, we usually come back from holiday and put up 2 week numbers typical of regular 1 week numbers.”  Well Tom can officially eat his words, as this group absolutely blew it up with 2 PERCENT weight lost over the previous 2 weeks for a total of 59 pounds!!!

Was it the workout?  Kelly and Toni tag teamed the group workout this week with some challenging and dynamic moves.  One participant mentioned that “It was really cool, they actually worked really great together and played off of one another for a really unique workout.” 

Whatever it was, you put together an awesome holiday weekend.  Darrell led the way with an astounding 12 pound weight loss, followed by 6.6 pounds from Ray, 5.8 pounds from both Manuel and Lisa, 5.4 pounds from Julie B, and 4.8 pounds from Peggy.
