Largest Loser Week 4 Updates
Due to the holiday weekend, this Saturday’s weigh-in was optional, but that didn’t mean that the Largest Losers had it easy. Courtney put fuel to the calorie-burning fire with a workout that incorporated both weights and step aerobics. In addition, Dr. Jason hosted a lecture on injury prevention where the Largest Losers learned the ins and outs of determining injury or just plain soreness.
Where’s the Weights?
Since the weigh in was optional, we are not posting weights this week. However, anecdotal reports indicate that there were some pretty solid numbers posted this week so stay tuned for next week as it is our first DOUBLE ELIMINATION.
