Aimee Weber is an exercise physiologist and certified personal trainer for First Health Associates. Aimee works closely with patients participating in First Health’s wellness programs including Lifeline, a 10-week program for those looking to get into shape, but aren’t sure where to start. She also provides individual exercise physiology sessions to patients.

Aimee previously served as the Wellness Coordinator (and personal trainer) at Lake Forest Health and Fitness Center at Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital where she instructed patients participating in metabolic disease prevention programs, cardiac rehab classes and pre/post natal classes. Aimee also developed customized fitness programs for metabolic disease and cardiac patients.

Aimee has a Bachelor’s Degree in Movement Science and Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). She is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and a Certified Health and Fitness Specialist. She is also certified in Basic Life Support for healthcare providers by the American Heart Association.
