The First Health Largest Loser Fitness Challenge is limited to people who have a BMI (Body Mass Index) of over 30 which for most people translates into 20-30 pounds overweight. This weight would according to the American Medical Associations Guidelines on weight, rate a person as Class One to Class Two Obese depending on their height. While we use weight as a tool for measuring a participant's progress, we are also interested in keeping a close eye on your cholesterol levels, blood pressure, blood sugar levels, heart rate and body fat composition. All will change upon completion of this program.

The First Health Largest Loser Fitness Challenge is a 12 week medically supervised fitness program. Here you will learn how to control your eating and discover the joy and new-found energy that comes with exercising at your total capacity. Our trainers are college educated career professionals who will push you to new heights but always stay within safe limits of your personal cardiac performance levels. Your team of dietitians, behavioral counselors, medical doctors, exercise physiologists and certified personal trainers have the knowledge and skills to help you on the journey of creating a new and better you.
